I have just returned from Salon Convention where i was horribly under dressed.  I saw the most astonishing steam punk creations, gorgeous Victorian gowns, and many other outfits i would be hard pressed to quantify, but they were well done.  I really couldn't get over the many examples of Victorian and Edwardian ball gowns and day dresses i saw....
